Ansel Adams uses a lot of elements and principles in his photography. The lines on the bridge show how in depth the bridge is going. Space and perspective is are also present in this photo due to one point perspective on how the bridge is going one direction. Also, the the rock wall shows texture because by looking at it, you know the feeling.
The photographer Dorothea Lange captures a photo of a mother and her daughter. The daughter can bring emphasis to the picture due to her being in the center. Also, the daughter appears to look larger than the mother since she is closer in the photograph. The frowning face on the girl makes the photograph have a sad type of mood.
The texture of the water makes the picture have a calm mood. The emphasis in the picture is the boy directly in the middle. The background is a warm color, and the darkness of the boy makes him stand out. You can tell that the shadows represent a young boy and a boat.
